Jenny Pehrson brings an international business perspective shaped by her Scandinavian background and more than a decade of experience operating within the Italian luxury real estate sector.
Since 2013, Jenny has built an extensive understanding of the Piedmont property market, specialising in identifying distinctive real estate opportunities, advising international buyers and investors, and navigating the complexities of acquiring and repositioning Italian properties.

Hicham El Foutoun brings more than 30 years of experience in construction, restoration, and project management throughout the Monferrato region.
With an extensive understanding of local building traditions, technical requirements, and the realities of property redevelopment in Northern Italy, Hicham provides the practical expertise required to transform carefully selected properties into exceptional residential and hospitality assets.
